You deserve physical, educational, and emotional support before & during your surgery. I can help with panic attacks, fear, nausea, and breastfeeding after birth. Here's what you get: • A “Get to know each other” session • 2 Prenatal sessions, Monthly Check-ins, Weekly Check-ins after 37 weeks • Resources & review of how the day of delivery will go • 24 hour on-call availability starting at 37 weeks until your baby is born • Continuous support on day of birth • 2 Postpartum sessions • Referral services for: childbirth education classes, health + wellness coach, postpartum physical training, lactation consultants, etc. • Unlimited support via text, phone, and email throughout pregnancy and 4 weeks postpartum
